Austin. Yeah, It's Pretty Cool.

Actually no, it's hot as hell. During our set, it was about 94 (that's 97 degrees warmer than our show in Fargo a few days ago, if you're keeping track). Although it can be dangerous for us to play outdoors in such heat, it's nice because they younger generations can hang. Special thanks to Dave, the owner of Trophy's, for setting us up with a sweet gig.
SXSW is a place where people go to see bands that are giving it everything they've got on stage. From the biggest clubs to the smallest bars, you will not be disappointed with the effort you'll get from these up-and-coming artists (and by that I mean huge international acts). The only thing bigger than music at SXSW is the text message scene. I swear I've never seen so much text action in my entire life.
We hung out with Steve Jones, from the Sex Pistols, on his radio show Jonesy's Jukebox. He's a pretty cool dude. The rest of our time was spent drinking Lone Star and Long Island Ice Tea's with some of our old friends who were in town, along with huge record label execs and colorful radio personalities. You know, the usual.
